RETURN POLICIES
After placing an order, you can return it, without giving explanations, within 14 days.
Here is how the right of withdrawal applies and what are the return and replacement policies:
- the right of withdrawal is regulated by law (Legislative Decree 206/05);
- as a customer * you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without specifying the reason within a period of 14 days from order confirmation;
- We only accept Returns or Exchanges requested by filling out the appropriate Return / Replacement form online.
- returns and replacements are not accepted without the appropriate form in PDF format duly completed;
- The shipping costs to return the product are charged to the customer;
- Product exchange shipping costs (eg number change, color change of the same item) are paid by Polyflex Calzature.
- it is not possible to request the return of products purchased online at websites other than www.polyflexcalzature.com
- If you use a coupon code in relation to your purchase, since, as indicated, the value of the relative discount is distributed proportionally on the products ordered, to get a full refund you will have to return all the products included in the same order. You can obviously proceed with a return, even if only partial, but, in this case, you will be refunded the price of the returned products minus the discount applied on them. The coupon cannot be reactivated;
- * a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or DOES NOT make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form.
HOW TO ASK FOR RETURNS
- The products must be returned intact and in the same condition in which they were received, with the tag and any other seal that is part of the product and inside the original box.
- Pack the goods in such a way that the product cannot be damaged during transport, inserting the receipt / receipt and the completed return form containing your details inside the package.
- Make sure you choose and ship with a trusted courier, the responsibility for the package until it reaches the company and the cost of shipping are your responsibility.

- If you choose a product to replace the returned one, Polyflex Calzature will send you the chosen pair at its own expense, the cost of shipping is therefore borne by the company. If, on the other hand, a refund is chosen, Polyflex Calzature will re-credit the amount of the returned products only, it is also specified that shipping costs already paid for an order of less than € 49.99 will not be refunded.
The returned goods will be refunded if not replaced with another product by reimbursement of the original payment transaction, within 10 days from the date of verification of the return (the goods must have been delivered to the company and checked by the same for the integrity of the product). We will issue the refund of the returned items within 10 working days from the date of verification of the return by canceling the original payment, (based on how you paid for the order), directly on your credit card, through PayPal or by crediting the current account if paid by Bank transfer.
WHAT IS REFUNDED TO ME
- the value of the returned goods, without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging;
- The shipping costs for the original order are NOT refunded;
